Certified EMDR Therapist &
Consultant-in-Training (CIT)
About Angela
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping adults heal from the complex trauma of growing up in challenging environments, where caregivers often struggled with mental health or addiction. These caregivers displayed behaviors that ranged from neglectful and dismissive to erratic and volatile, deeply impacting their children.
This type of upbringing often leads to coping strategies that were once necessary for survival but now disrupt adult life, such as hypersensitivity to emotions, neglecting personal needs, and struggling with boundaries. In my practice, I utilize a blend of effective therapies including EMDR, Parts Work (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and Experiential methods, tailored to each client’s journey.

My approach not only helps clients let go of old defenses but also empowers them to lead a fulfilling life, enriched with self-compassion and an understanding of their past. I offer both Brief/Adjunct and EMDR Healing Intensive options to cater to various needs, integrating psycho-education with radical self-compassion and forgiveness to support each client's path to empowerment.

About Kalley
When life pulls you every which way, finding peace within yourself and your body can be difficult. I provide an approach to therapy that allows the client to lead their journey toward growth and healing. I believe that creating a warm and compassionate environment will allow you to feel safe and grounded during every session.
As a therapy intern, I prioritize working with clients to find the balance in confronting these emotions as well as identifying the strengths they already have. Your emotions make you human, and I am here to provide a non-judgmental collaborative space for you to talk through those feelings, however difficult and overwhelming they are.
I have a passion for working with women experiencing eating disorders, women’s health issues, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood struggles. I am here to help you work through the feelings of the changing body, as well as regain self-esteem and stability in your everyday life. I also have extensive experience working with children, youth, and adolescents who are experiencing a difficult life change within their household or the world around them.
